- 5-10 years of Human Resources Operations experience
- Proven track record of hands-on experience building / transforming HR technology processes
- Workday systems experience a plus
- Positive and proactive work ethic
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and results-oriented prioritization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Clear, confident communicator
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations
