Job Description
This Product Technician position involves handling customer merchandise, including loading, securing, delivering, and demonstrating products. The role includes verifying product accuracy, completing lease paperwork, assisting with returns, and maintaining store cleanliness. Daily inspections and communication with store management are also expected.
Requirements
- Basic Function: Merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting and demonstrating.
- Regular Lifting & Load Capacity: Lifting and carrying up to 50-300 pounds is required.
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products
- Good Driving Skills
- Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- DOT physical/certification (states require it)
- Drug screen
- Criminal background investigation
- Valid Driver's License
- Compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
