Job Description
As a Grocery Team Leader, you will lead the grocery team by example, providing exceptional customer service and building a positive team environment. You will prioritize daily tasks, provide direction to team members, and assist customers with questions and product suggestions.
Requirements
- Experience in grocery and/or retail environment is preferred but not needed
- Minimum of 1 Year Experience leading a team of amazing people
- Experience in a customer service role is needed
- A passion for local, organic, and sustainable food and natural supplements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to people’s health and wellbeing
- Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
