Job Description
The Customer Service and Logistics Representative will be responsible for executing a full range of customer service activities, including sales order processing, customer complaints, and order fulfillment. The role will also involve logistics administration, order management, and coordination of shipments. Additionally, the representative will support other team members as needed and work on various projects and responsibilities, including pricing and analysis, buy-back/diversions, customer setups and accounts, warehouse partnership, and environmental, health, and safety leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years experience in supply chain or logistics
- 3-5 years in customer service, supply chain, logistics or related experience
- Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite/SAP
- English/Mandarin language proficiency required
