Producer (Contingent)

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our production team and elevate our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities of game development and a track record of building processes to help the team achieve their highest potential.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices
• 3+ years of proven experience in a production role where you've supported crossfunctional teams in the creation and delivery of AAA projects
• Experience working with designers and cross-discipline pipelines
• Expertise in common Production methodologies and software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level
• Self-starter. Approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
