Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team at Nautilus, where you will define and drive the strategy and prioritization for assays, panels, and application content, and translate scientific innovation into scalable, customer-ready offerings.
Requirements
- BS/BA with 8+ years' relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years' relevant experience in life sciences
- 5+ years product management experience in life sciences, with demonstrated experience commercializing novel or platform-based technologies
- Strong technical understanding of life sciences products and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical, market, and customer insights into clear portfolio strategy, positioning, and roadmap recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
