Job Description
Talkdesk is pioneering a new era of Customer Experience Automation, and we're looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for our Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and will be able to lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching innovative products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles in the Life Sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Life Sciences
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the Life Sciences industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
