Job Description
As the Manager of Quality System Design, you will provide expertise and resources to develop and design comprehensive Quality processes and frameworks related to activities under the ATS Operations Certificate. You will manage the execution and successful implementation of effective process definitions and requirements, ensuring operational areas have the support, structure, and accountability needed to sustain quality improvements, stay compliant with regulations, and promote ongoing development.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or related field
- Professional certifications in Quality (e.g., ASQ, ISO, IOSA), UX, Systems Design, Project Management (PMP) or Change Management
- Minimum 3 years in service and process design, quality performance measurement, data analysis, or operational excellence roles
- Experience in developing dashboards (Power BI, etc), KPIs, and performance reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in advising and providing recommendations to senior management
- Experience in conducting in-depth root-cause analysis and developing corrective action plans/mitigations to hazards and risks
