Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Advisor, Group Benefits to join our team. As an established leader in the group benefits industry, you will embody strong business development and proven strategic selling abilities to generate new relationships, retain existing ones, and grow current ones. You will be responsible for the overall client experience and lead by example, living our values and driving new business for the company.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen along with a natural sales aptitude
- Proven experience of strong consultative and proven strategic selling abilities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ongoing access to a vehicle
- LLQP License or willingness to obtain within 2 months of employment
- Industry designation such as CEBS or working towards
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
