We are looking for a Field Service Coordination Engineer to join our team and provide five-star customer service by organizing service attendances through our global service network and supporting engineers on board.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
- Experience in customer support
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
- IT skills in the area of Microsoft domain, Storage systems (NAS)
- Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Fulfilled military obligations
