We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Field Service Coordination & Maritime Communications Technical Support Engineer to join our team, ensuring seamless service delivery and providing high-quality technical assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in technical support and/or service coordination
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including OSI model, TCP/IP, and firewalls
- Knowledge of routing and switching technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including domains and storage systems (NAS)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Great to have: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification, Basic knowledge of Linux systems, Experience in the maritime industry and vessel environments, Familiarity with maritime applications and communication systems, Microsoft certifications
