Field Service Coordination Engineer

Navarino is looking for a Field Service Coordination Engineer to join its team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing service attendances through the company's global service network and supporting engineers on board.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Experience in customer support
• Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
• Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Working Visa for Singapore
