Account Director

At NAVEX, we're making the world a better place by helping organizations manage ethics and risk programs. We're establishing a local presence in Tokyo, Japan to drive growth and are seeking an Account Director to proactively partner with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful B2B sales career track and experience targeting Enterprise customers
• Fluent in business-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture, etiquette, and communication styles
• Experience selling SaaS based solution
• Familiarity with value selling, strategic selling, and formal training or understanding of best practice models
• Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce and MS Office products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Education
