Requirements
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to support, maintain and develop flawless people related reports
- Manage a wide variety of data tasks and reporting requirements
- Analyze data for trends and patterns
- Serve as a key administrator for Dayforce
- Support the advancement of reporting dashboards
- Assist in the implementation and administration of our compensation programs
- Support the compensation survey process
- Assist in reviewing proposed salary adjustments
- Evaluate job descriptions for FLSA alignment
- Create and distribute job change worksheets to managers
