We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our Bobcat team. As an HR Data Analyst in Talent Management department, you'll be at the heart of our talent strategy, providing analytical support that enables data-driven talent decisions and future-ready organizational planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HR processes and management of HR data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI
- Experience with SuccessFactors is of advantage
- Strong skills in data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working across departments and cultures
- Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus
