Job Description
KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Expert to join their Global Human Resources Expert Hub Systems & Data Management team. The role is pivotal in driving strategic HR analytics initiatives and delivering advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Academic degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Management, or related field
- Professional experience in HR Analytics, data management, or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of project management, data governance, and GDPR compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Over 5 years of experience in HR systems development and implementation, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft-based projects
- Experience with HR KPIs, data visualization, and Predictive Analytics
- Strong IT affinity and familiarity with SAP Applications (SAP-HCM, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented and able to work successfully in a project-based environment
