We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Product Designer to join our team at NAVEX, where you will possess a unique blend of research experience and design prowess, capable of conducting both generative and evaluative research while excelling in designing enterprise software solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or related field
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams
- Conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing (e.g., A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests)
- Synthesizing and analysing findings to distil actionable insights
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of information architecture principles
- Experience working with established design systems
- Comfort in presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders
