Job Description
We are looking for a HR Specialist to support the HR Manager at the Penzberg site and the HR team at the headquarters in Bremen. The role involves handling administrative HR processes, implementing personnel-related measures, and providing support for recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional training in Human Resources
- Initial experience in operational HR administration
- Ideally, solid knowledge of labor law and social security law
- Structured and conscientious working style
- High level of service orientation and discretion
