HR Specialist / Personalreferent (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our European headquarters in Münster, Germany. The position is a fixed-term contract until September 30, 2027. The HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring precise and forward-looking personnel planning and handling efficient and careful HR administration.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on personnel
• At least five years of professional experience in personnel work
• Secure understanding of labor law basics and sound experience in personnel planning, HR control, planning of the personnel budget, and a well-developed understanding of numbers
• Proficient use of digital HR systems (e.g., personnel management systems, time recording, certificate tools)
• Excellent communication skills, responsible and discreet appearance, and a high service orientation and secure handling of confidential or sensitive data
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speech
