Job Description
NBBJ is seeking a Healthcare Market Leader to drive growth in their California practice, partnering with clients to improve healthcare experiences. The role involves expanding market presence, nurturing client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to firm strategy. This position requires an expert in healthcare design and a strong network within the West Coast region.
Requirements
- Expertise in Healthcare-related architecture field
- 15+ years of experience in the design profession with a focus in healthcare design
- Experience in academic medical centers, design build and HCAI is a plus
- Strong relationships with clients in California
- Proven experience motivating and developing teams
- Experience in OSHPD projects
- At least 5 years’ experience in an architecture and design firm
- A great communicator and storyteller
- Licensed or equivalent professional certification
- Commitment to sustainable and equitable design
