Job Description
NBBJ is seeking a Healthcare Market Leader for their award-winning UK Healthcare Practice to drive growth within the domestic commissions. The role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and establishing NBBJ's presence in the UK healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a leader with experience in healthcare design, strong relationships with clients, and a proven ability to build and motivate a team.
Requirements
- Expertise in Healthcare-related architecture field and overall design and construction industry.
- 15+ years of experience in the design profession with a focus in healthcare design.
- Experience in acute hospitals, academic medical centers and design & build
- Strong relationships and connections with clients in the UK.
- Proven track record of success in market-related projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an architecture and design firm in client development.
- A great communicator and storyteller.
- BREEAM certification and LEED AP certification (a plus).
