Job Description
NBCUniversal is seeking a Coordinator, Production & Operations to support two senior executives on the Production & Operations team. The role will involve maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of production-related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Media, TV/Film/Streaming Production.
Requirements
- 2+ years of production-related experience, assisting multiple executives is a plus
- Proficient working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Media, TV/Film/Streaming Production
