Entertainment Coordinator

The Coordinator, Development will provide administrative support to three executives who oversee unscripted development and current for Bravo and Peacock. The individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.

Requirements

• Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives
• Manage expenses and coordinate travel
• Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent on a regular basis
• Track internal documents
• Track multiple productions and corresponding calendars
• Arrange new series kick-off meetings and returning series distributions
• Track indemnity and insurance and production payments
• Complete other creative and administrative duties as assigned
