Team Leader - Maintenance

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, plan and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Automotive knowledge
• Qatar, GCC location
• English language proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other maintenance software
• Familiarity with environmental regulations related to maintenance activities
