Job Description
Area Sales Manager will manage day-to-day operations, support Sales Reps, and develop account management skills.
Requirements
- Manage 2 ā 3 reps plus potential of 1-2 service techs
- Assist in the hiring process and evaluation of candidates for hire
- Weekly phone recap and sales strategy planning with assigned reps
- Modeling the Gears of Selling, on sales calls in the field.
- Knowledge of Chem-Aqua products and applications.
- Maintain a group sales of minimum of $750k
