Sales Training Manager - Midwest Territory

We're looking for a Sales Training Manager to work closely with and develop multiple trainers in our Midwest division. This role can be based out of Dallas but will travel to and cover the Midwest Territory. The ideal candidate has 2+ years water treatment experience, a proven record of exceeding field sales goals, and experience with Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years water treatment experience
• Proven record of 5 years or more exceeding field sales goals
• Training experience preferred
• Salesforce experience required
• Ability to learn, adapt, and improve
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong presentation skills, both one-to-one and one-to-group
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability
