Job Description
Supports the implementation process team of a client’s products and services, working across cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing products. Research, collate VOC, and present results to Sr. PMs for decisions on what to build next.
Requirements
- Validate research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics, and present results to Sr. PMs
- Plan initiatives and Epics for handoff to Sr. PM
- Build story writing and knowledge transfer to engineering team
- Grow by tracking adoption and identifying additional problems
