Requirements

• Accurately and timeously capture and compare customers' documentation submitted by various financial institutions
• Perform qualitative checks to verify if a document is acceptable
• Capture document information and follow chronological steps
• Advise and support team members on maintaining detailed and accurate documents and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Communicate with management to seek guidance, support and escalations
