Accounts Payable Clerk

nClouds is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to manage the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies. The role involves processing vendor invoices, reviewing and verifying invoices, managing the accounts payable inbox, preparing and executing weekly payment runs, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite)
• Comfortable working with Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reconciliation)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
