Customer Engineer

We are looking for a technical professional to perform a key role in the installation, certification, implementation, and maintenance of equipment in our customers’ installations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quality-focused, and committed to customer satisfaction and operational objectives of the Services Department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in resolution and analysis of incidents in Financial equipment teams.
• Experience in electronics for the detection and resolution of incidents using tools for this purpose, soldering, multimeter, etc.
• Experience in hardware and software resolution in microcomputing equipment.
• Experience in ATM repair, both in hardware and software.
• Experience in managing operating systems (Windows)
