Customer Engineer I

We are looking for a technical professional to perform a key role in the installation, certification, implementation and maintenance of equipment in our clients' facilities, ensuring correct functioning and a positive experience for the customer.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical maintenance, installations or hardware/software support
• Availability to perform shifts or rotating guards according to operational needs and agreements with clients
• Availability for mobility in all the national territory
• Capacity to prepare reports and manage operational management tools
• Contrasted experience in the management of operating systems (Windows)
• Experience in electronics for detection and resolution of incidents using tools appropriate for it, solder, multimeter, etc.
• Experience in hardware and software resolution in microcomputer equipment
• Experience in repairing both hardware and software of ATMs
