Service Desk Associate position at NCR Atleos, responsible for comprehensive database ATM management, software support, and customer communication. Requires German and English language skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of telecommunications/network/information technology solutions.
Requirements
- Degree from a 4-year college or university
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluent German and English language skills required
- Customer service experience
- Experience in ATM operations, bank operations, retail banking or other banking capacity is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Keen listening and high grasping skills
- Good understanding of telecommunications/network/information technology solutions & products
- Good coordination skills
