Job Description
NCR Atleos is seeking a Service Desk Associate - German speaker to provide comprehensive database ATM management and software support for banks. The successful candidate will have proficiency in MS Office Suite, fluency in German and English, and experience in customer service, ATM operations, and bank operations.
Requirements
- Degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluent German and English language skills required
- Customer service experience
- Experience in ATM operations, bank operations, retail banking or other banking capacity is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Keen listening and high grasping skills
- Good understanding of telecommunications / network / information technology solutions & products
- Good coordination skills
