Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IMG Academy. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail, along with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively support both day-to-day execution and longer-term priorities.
Requirements
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO
- Draft, edit, and prepare executive-level communications
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
