Compliance Associate

Ndax, a leading cryptocurrency trading platform, seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support its compliance program, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, AML/ATF, or securities regulation within a CIRO-regulated dealer or a comparable financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of IDPC rules and FINTRAC AML/ATF obligations.
• CIRO proficiency and registration requirements.
• Client onboarding frameworks (KYC and KYB requirements).
• Fraud detection, case escalation, and incident-handling workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and red flags in documentation and supervisory reviews.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply regulatory standards to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Ability to document supervisory reviews clearly and maintain complete, auditable records.
• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making in high-risk or time-sensitive regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication, escalation, and cross-department coordination skills.
