Corporate Legal Counsel

Ndax is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong legal acumen, able to navigate complex regulations while enabling business growth.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from a recognized institution; active membership in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in securities law, regulatory compliance, or related practice area.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian securities regulations, including investment dealer and marketplace rules.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
