NearSource is seeking a Voice of Customer (VoC) Insights Analyst to drive customer-centric decision-making through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop actionable, data-driven reports to support customer experience enhancements and strategic decisions
- Structure and present insights through reports, summaries, and data visualizations for diverse stakeholders
- Apply text analytics and regression techniques to uncover deeper customer behavior insights
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-focused strategies and programs
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
- Mentor team members on insights generation and customer experience methodologies
