Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to lead our quality initiatives and drive organizational excellence.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive organizational strategy focused on continuous quality improvement and performance enhancement.
- Serve as a champion for quality measures, best practices, and patient satisfaction, working closely with leadership to drive improvements.
- Lead and manage risk management efforts, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster collaboration among departments to control costs, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor changes from accreditation bodies and update policies accordingly.
- Direct and mentor the Quality Improvement Staff, leading initiatives that promote a culture of excellence.
