Job Description
Neighborhood Health Center is a non-profit organization serving underserved patients in Portland, OR. The On-Call Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) provides integrated behavioral health care to adult and pediatric patients within primary care settings on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field (Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work) or PsyD required.
- Current Oregon license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
- Strong knowledge of integrated behavioral health practices and evidence-based brief interventions.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic workflows on short notice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse primary care teams.
- High comfort level with technology, electronic health records, and concurrent documentation.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and culturally responsive care.
