Behavioral Health Consultant

The Behavioral Health Consultant works alongside Primary Care Providers to provide behavioral health assessments and brief interventions. The role requires advanced skills in conducting brief assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve overall health and quality of life of patients with various physical, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Oregon licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
