Protein Scientist, Downstream Process Development

We are looking for a talented scientist to lead the development, optimization, and scale-up of downstream purification processes for monoclonal antibodies and other biologics.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and optimize downstream purification processes for monoclonal antibodies and other therapeutic and non-therapeutic proteins
• Lead scale-up activities from bench to pilot and commercial manufacturing
• Author and review technical reports, development protocols, and regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with upstream, analytical, and quality teams
• Support process validation activities
• Evaluate and implement new purification technologies
• Manage external partners (CDMOs) and oversee manufacturing campaigns
