Job Description
Nemera is seeking an APU Process Engineer - Automation to maximize effectiveness by proactively identifying ways to increase productivity, and efficiency, and manage human capital in a hi-speed assembly manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, with strong math, reading, and communication skills. The role involves developing competencies of the production unit, defining and updating standard operating procedures, and proposing technical solutions to improve production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing
- Strong math, reading, and communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, and stand/walk up to 90% of shift
