Job Description
Nemera is seeking a Global IP Manager to drive the company's intellectual property strategy, ensuring consistency and protection of intangible assets on an international scale.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, mechanical preferred
- Fluent in English, French appreciated
- CEIPI or equivalent experience, EQ appreciated
- At least 15 years of experience and practice in an Industry
- Experience in infringement, licensing
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment and experience in M&A are a plus
- Good synthesis and analysis capabilities
- Good understanding of mechanic, IP law, agreement law
- Teamwork oriented, but also self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Leadership, diligence, a strong sense of confidentiality, and situational intelligence
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, R&D, legal)
