The Director, Sales Operations, will play a key role in developing and scaling the enterprise sales infrastructure across Nemetschek’s 13 brands. This involves implementing strategies to effectively sell to the world's largest Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms via Enterprise Level Agreements (ELAs).
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales operations and enterprise sales strategy within global software or technology firms.
- Proven track record of leading sales operations for large enterprise customers.
- Strong knowledge of pricing models, packaging strategies, and ELA management.
- Expertise in international sales compliance, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including resellers and IT teams.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, data visualization, and analysis.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, customer-centric mindset, as well as hands-on, a proactive approach to challenges, and effective communication and organizational skills.
