Requirements

• Fluent German and English language
• Proven track record delivering effective, hands-on Technical Support
• Experience working with mobile platforms and SaaS applications
• Proven technical troubleshooter with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, installing and uninstalling programs and drivers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with virtual environments (i.e. Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V)
• Customer obsessed problem solver with a positive, helpful attitude
