Growth Specialist

You’ll be building the growth engine that fuels Neon’s go-to-market motion. You will craft sharp content, spin up demand systems, run outbound campaigns, and architect experiments that unlock new channels.

Requirements

• Standout IC in a growth or GTM team who unlocked tangible value and can show results.
• Experience in startup GTM or growth roles, ideally during Series A/B scaling and ready to roll up your sleeves at a seed-stage.
• Ability to craft compelling, high-quality content: blog posts, ad creative, short-form video, etc.
• Early in your career with demonstrated talent, hustle, and creativity.
