Job Description
Neostella is a legal technology company that is building a platform to help firms move faster, collaborate more effectively, and focus on delivering stronger outcomes for their clients. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product, and Data positions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development concepts
- Experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Proven experience sourcing both active and passive candidates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- B2 level of English proficiency or higher (spoken and written)
