Technical Recruiter

RemoFirst is a startup that empowers employers to access talent globally, and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We're a small but strong team of 200 people, and we're growing rapidly. We're looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in fast-paced international or start-up environments. You'll be responsible for owning our technical hiring end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, and hiring world-class engineers and data scientists across our global teams.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Proven track record hiring for software engineering roles and AI, ML, and Data Science positions
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, AngelList, and relevant AI/ML communities
• Familiarity with technical assessment formats
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
