Job Description
Kekkilä-BVB is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to manage export offers, orders, and documentation for international customers. The role involves preparing and managing export offers, planning and organizing export orders, and providing export documents. The ideal candidate has experience in export activities, customer service, and logistics, and is proficient in ERP and/or CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level
- Relevant experience in export activities and customer service
- Knowledge of ERP- and/or CRM systems
- General knowledge of the logistics sector
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills
- Solid IT skills
