Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Business Area Global (Export) at Kekkilä-BVB, a European leader in the horticulture industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for preparing and managing export quotes, planning and organizing export orders, and providing export documents and handling related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- HBO work/level
- Relevant experience in export activities and customer service
- Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
- General knowledge of and from the logistics sector
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills
- Solid IT skills
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
